Car has been emulsion’ed

Someone took a dislike to me or my car over night and decided the black paintwork would benefit from a tin of white water based paint to be poured over it. I’ve tried to get as much of the paint off as I can, but does anyone have advice on how to remove any left over, in seams and seals etc?

Would be best to see if somewhere local has a hot water pressure washer.
Otherwise, hard graft at home using hot water and a strong shampoo solution, if not a TFR (traffic film remover).
