Ok, so i've borrowed my mates PC and have had a brief lesson in how to use it.

Can anybody recommend a good cutting compound, and also a good finishing polish for them?

What car, how old, what colour and in what condition is the clearcoat / paint?

You may want to borrow a PTG as well before setting about your car.
