cloudy spots and streaks in the clearcoat

After a really thorough clean, polish and wax, I have noticed several small areas of pale, cloudy streaks and spots which appear to be in the clearcoat. Only visible from certain angles. I'm wondering if this is a possible reaction in the clearcoat/lacquer to T-Cut I tried several weeks ago. Any help and advice on how to get rid of this?

Thanks. I'm new to detailing. What is a heat gun? I'll give anything a go, because I've a feeling my boot lid will end up needing a professional re-spray. As I say, the pale/hazy patches appear to be in the lacquer and disappear when viewed from directly above. The paint underneath looks perfect. Any advice appreciated.
