hmm...bugger..looks right in the middle of a door panel.....looks from the pic like its a creased ding...so will have to be filled and painted
A SMART repairer could have go....only issue being that big flat surfaces are much harder to hide small repairs on.....often if its a door the whole thing needs doing.
If SMART, about 60-80 quid....if bodyshop about 4-600......(caveat to say that this includes lots of assumptions which might be incorrectwhen viewing the car in reality!)

Find a good PDR (paintless dent removal) man in your area. If the paint is undamaged they are your first option before considering fill & paint.
If you were in the Leicester area I would recommend Dent-technique at Enderby,have a look at http://www.dent-technique.co.uk/
And for a big flat area esp in dark colours you really need an edge to edge paint to avoid the risk of visible lacquer blend edges - main reason why you can't SMART repair bonnet, roof or most bootlids.
