Has anyone bought a pop-up gazebo from this guy?

I've ordered one from him but have not received anything within the 7 working day delivery time.
I have tried phoning the number but there is no answer and it just cuts you off with no ability
to leave a message, have also tried to e-mail the guy but no response.

Do I just contact my credit card company and get the money back?

You can buy those in Target in the USA 10ft x 10ft for well under US $ 100. I would contact trading standards, your credit card company and PayPal.

Yep, once the initial set up has been done it's very easy to open and close.
