Seat has been in perfect condition till now when I tried cleaning it with this:

Then followed it up using this:

I have a feeling that the seat may be worn as the other seats in my car look great using these products. I'm pretty sure that BMW seats are known for wearing if not cared for ? I don't know if it had been repaired before I owned it but I'm assuming that it should of been perfect as I got the car with 21k and it's looked perfect till I've given it a clean.

Here is my seat:

Any ideas how I can fix it ? Or know someone who can repair it for a reasonable price near Wokingham/Reading/Guildford ?

Cheers

Contact either Judy at LTT Solutions or Craig at Furniture Clinic, and point them in the direction of the photos above.
Has all the hallmarks of being a repair that's not been well done, if removed by your cleaner and conditioner, the latter you'll not be making any use of as the leather is in all likelihood coated with a clear protective layer, not unlike car paint.
That being the case, not much else bar water can penetrate it, so the bulk of other ingredients in the conditioners is removed by the cloth, and if anything, could leave behind something less desirable that attracts/traps dirt, causing more abrasion and increased wear and tear than if you'd just cleaned it.
LTT do a protection enhancer, which would be worth getting.
