Under the car it is covered with a thick type paint to protect it from corrosion. What is it and where can i get some from. I had a large peice of iron hit the underneath of my (Company) car and you can see the bare metal. Would prefer to cover to stop any rusting.

Cheers

It's most likely to be underseal. Most motorfactors sell it in tins or spray. Be prepared to get messy and it's a right pita to remove from clothes.

Thanks! My company are a major PITA when it comes to compay cars so i am obviously trying to keep it quiet. If there is no thrid party to claim from then we have to pay.

Put it this way, if a stone hits the windscreen and cracks it they will pay for the replacement, however if it hits the headlight that is down to me. So you can see the mentality......
