Seriously, if it has gone through the clearcoat then you will need a chipsaway style smart repair. The good news is that the door panels come off easily, so very easy for them to do. Or a bodyshop would do it for around a 100 GBP at a guess. Easier to prep if brand new.

As the panel is black it will need the whole the panel painting unless the damaged area is bounded by a definite break line such as a sharp swage or bend or trim you can work to.
Trying to lose a blend edge on a black or very dark coloured panel is very difficult and tends to be noticable.
