seam welding request

Hi fellow petrol heads.
I'm looking to get my Honda civic eg shell (1992 model) fully seam welded along with a weld in cage plus a full re-spray of the car inside and out (engine bay + floor of car).

I was wondering if any members or indeed businesses can point me in the right directions.

I'm after a very good job at a reasonable price not silly quotes it’s a personal project not going to be entered in competition racing just trackdays. Also I would prefer the garage to be based in or around the north west of England however I'm willing to go UK wide for the best overall deal.
