Hi all,

My car is covered in snow. I'd like to remove it without causing lots of small scratches. What's the best way?

I have to admit before hand that my daily driver is actually a hire car. However, I have a soft plastic bristled broom which is pretty good for sweeping the snow off. Not noticed any scratches on the bodywork yet, though I expect the thick layer of grime underneath the snow is protecting the paint.

I've never washed the car either.

Safest way is to melt it off.
Either with water - but you risk making an ice slide on the road!
Or clear the glass to be safe to drive & park in the sun.
