Stripping paint from alloys

I've got a set of cheap nasty alloy wheels. They're silver, i'd like them to be white. No tyres fitted.

How do i get these prepped for painting? I'm not sanding them by hand, that's for certain. Sadly due to fecked up previous painting attempts before i bought them, they'll probably need to go down to bare metal.

So, drill + wire brush head? Angle grinder and same? Dremel (which die?)? Some kind of chemical stripper?

"Get someone else to do it" isn't an option.

Green Nitromors did the trick for me when I had to strip some last month. It's evil stuff though so watch yourself. 2 tins did 4 16" wheels.
