Needs to be waterproof

Im looking to put some insulation on the floor of my VW T5 and then put plyboard on top and then going to do the side aswell. My only worrie is if i put something under the floor thans not waterproof and it rots or starts smelling. Can anyone recomend something that would be suitable. Thanks.

If you used something like this:

and then used Marine Ply, I would imagine you'd be good to go......
