oops

Due to me being a numpty I have just put a small scratch (around 2" long) above my front offside wheel. It hasnt gone through the paint but you can see it and feel it with your nails.

It was caused by the corner of my work bench (wich is wood) and has just left a trench in the paint.

Best ways to clear it? Would a good polish and wax remove the worst of it?

Depending on how much paint you have to play with, you should be able to wet sand the area and polish most of it out, or at least make it less noticable.
