Hi i have bought a ford puma thunder smile that was damaged by a little bump. I've replaced the front panel, bumper and bonnet, i have sprayed a few cars in my time but i am worried about the colour match.
Its one thing blending in new paint to old and far easier spraying a whole car, because you know the colour will be the same.
My question is will i be able to get a good colour match and save me spraying the whole car, if i take a sample of the colour to some one like New Again Paints in Bedford.
The colour ford moondust silver on a 02 plate car. I'm in huntingdon, does anyone know of a good paint suppliersmile
Thanks for any help and advise Marc.

The only sure way to get an invisible colour match is to fade it into the adjacent panels.
It's really not that difficult
