Tiny car park dings on my M5

Really pissed off as Im so careful where I park my car..But some jerk has managed to put around 4 very small dents in the drivers door and front wing of my p+j.. One of them has slightly broken through the paintwork.. The dents are very small but once you know their there you find yourself looking at them.. Can these tiny dents be easily repaired without the expense of a bodyshop.
