Gilmour help needed please!

Hello all!

Need help with the brass fittings on my Gilmour. The horizontal dilution adjustment 'bar' is stuck. I just cannot turn it at all.
Tried all sorts, but still no joy.

Any ideas/tips/advice?

Hope someone can help and get me back to the detailing routine!

Tried a pair of vice grips or putting it in a vice?
That and a drop of Ferrosol from Bilt Hamber - but best ask them first if brass corrosion is a different beast to ferrous type the name implies it was designed for.
Consider it as WD40 having partnered with Arnold Blackanddecker in the gym, receiving the daily "immunisation" shot!
