Bought a pair of new jeans (raw denim wash) and the bloody colour seems to be rubbing on to my beige leather - have tried various things to get it off but nothing doing.

Can anyone else recommend anything to remove the blue denim stain?

First port of call is contact Judy at www.lttsolutions.net or Craig (I think!) at www.furnitureclinic.co.uk

Fact....Never wear denim against leather....it ruins car seats.

So we should all drive around in our underwear (or commando) instead?
Hmm....given Tesco banned a woman from one of their stores for wearing her pyjamas and slippers, I'm fairly sure the sight of men in underwear of one type or another, trawling the isles for what they came in for, would be equally frowned upon by the store manager, at the very least!

The dye's used in demin do mark light coloured seats....wear other materials, be somewhat more creative than always wearing jeans....or protect your leather and be very careful.

A decent retrim is upwards of £400 per seat, touching up leather is not cheap....I would suggest NOT wearing denim if the leather is light in colour!
