Hi - I spent a happy day with a hair dryer (sorry dear!) and an old credit card removing the crazed and degraded (bit like me really) StoneGuard film from in front of the rear wheel arches of my 1987 944. Horrible job as not enough strength left in the film to peel off except in tiny slivers.

Film off OK but residue is a tacky adhesive layer. Any suggestions as to what solvent / cleaner / technique to use?

Thanks . . .

Thinners on a Microfibre works well although Tardis by Autosmart is by far the best product i've used for this purpose. wink
