Interior Steam Cleaner?

I'm buying and selling the odd car at the moment and giving them a valet myself which i (a) enjoy and (b) it saves on refurbishing costs.

Can anyone recommend a decent interior steam cleaner and what products should i use along with that?

I've no doubt this has come up before but the search engine is down
