Suncream on Paintwork
Discussion
both my wife's car and mine have marks from suncream on them. although my wifes is worse. Haven't tried to get it out yet but what do people recommend?
In addition my wife is about to change her car nad has been offered Gard X paint protection. Will it help prevent damage from suncream covered hands? Or will any of the paintwork protection systems help?

All the dealer provided treatments are a deal clincher or hefty profit earner, depending on whether they throw it in or you pay for it.
The interior part, if fabric seats, is worth it, if you've the likelihood of spills occurring.
As for sun cream, it's treated in the same way as bird etching - a bit of polishing with an abrasive compound, if it doesn't wash off (not all bird bombs are the same strength).
What cars are we talking about here? Both could be quite different paint hardness, which will mean using different polishes.
