Wax Free car Shampoo
Discussion
I've been using halfords Advanced Car Wash which is wax free so doesn't leave annoying wax on the screen, etc. but went to get some more yesterday and it is discontinued. A quick glance at the other car wash stuff suggested that virtually all of it contains wax but I didn't have time to go over it all. Question now is what does everyone else use? I've had a look around and found ref to Turtle Wax Professional Wash N Shine (comes in 5L) which doesn't contain wax or silicon - is this any use or are there other alternatives that are easily available? Thoughts appreciated - ideally stuff that doesn't remove all the wax on the car but does a decent cleaning job.

Dodo Juice Born To Be Mild (BTBM) - claims to be 'wax friendly/safe' but doesn't container glossy additives (isnt a wash and wax). Best shampoo I've found and I've tried a lot! You'll probably have to get it mail order - have a look at the Rubbish Boys website as you only need to spend about £30 to get free postage (or some places on ebay sell Dodo Juice stuff with free delivery). Buy the larger bottle - it'll last you ages and it is fantastic stuff (I originally bought a small bottle but have just replaced it with a large bottle).
DJ BTBM, and Bilt Hamber Auto-wash are my two go-to shampoos due to their excellent free-rinsing properties.
DG 901 I tried, and didn't see what all the fuss was - it worked okay, but wasn't as concentrated as the other two, so they still work out better vfm even if the initial cost looks on the high side.
