Anyone used Chipex

I saw this system demonstrated at a recent BMW show and it looked pretty good. Just wondered if anyone had used it on their car. My car is Carbon Black; the guy said that the best results are usually on darker cars (but he would say that I suppose!)

I was looking at it to cover some stone chips on the front of the car.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

Not had any replies;assume nobody has used it!

Never mind, looks like I might risk it anyway; got to be cheaper than a front end respray.

It's almost identical in process to the old system we used to use before EU regs outlawed it because of the VOC content.

It will make a significant improvement on carbon black (and similar colours). If you are super-picky and want a complete repair, it won't be satisfactory, but they are honest about that in their marketing.

On high-metallic content colours, the wipe-off method is much more questionable because of the way it can disturb the metallic flakes.
