Clearcoat Cellulose?

Im just getting to the stage when my last 2-3 coats of cellulose are going to be sprayed tomorrow morning. On a whim I bought some 1K acrylic clearcoat, should I spray this on as the last coat flashes off, wet sand and then spray it, or not bother at all? I'd really hate to balls up my paint job now. Oh, its a 1978 MGB if thats of any relevance. Thanks in advance.
