Hoping someone may have a useful suggestion here. I find cleaning the inside of the windscreen a royal pain in the ass. I have a very bad back due to breaking it in a couple of places and leaning/bending forwards to clean the inside really wipes out the rest of the day for me.

It seems to me that some form of poking attachment with a cleaning pad on the end of it would work a treat...does anyone use anything like this already? Any recommendations for what works best cleaning wise too? (currently use Autoglym fast glass).

I have sonething similar that's all plastic, with a microfibre 'dreadlock' style removal mop head, same head shape, not hinged from local Homebase for cleaning the wheels to get behind the brake disc when not removing them from the car.

It cost £10 . . . would also do the job, only difference is it is not hinged and all plastic which for me was important as it meant it would scratch leather, paint of wheels like a metal one would.

ETA found it ! . . . yes it doesn't look like a pro detailing whatever, but it's one of my most used bits of kit, detachable mop head can be removed for cleaning and replaced and it's at your local DIY store so saves the P&P costs . ..

Girly looking mop head thing
