Need roof and bonnet painting

The Graphite Grey paint on the roof of my 205 is terrible, it can easily be scratched with fingernails. The bonnet has also crazed quite badly.

Funnily enough the rest of the car is okay.

Can anyone suggest what has happened to the roof and give a ballpark figure as to what it will cost to repair?

Been painted before, using poor quality lacquer that has failed due to poor resistance to UV. Needs sanding back to at least the basecoat, maybe bare metal, then primer, base & clear.
Cheap sand & repaint £250
Quality repair £400+

Quite common on older cars,bare in mind you'll need the front wings blending to get a decent colour match.
Depending on your location I'd say the above figures are ball park

Thanks for the answers. I think the car was vandalised before I owned it (had it since nearly new).
