Hi There
I use the Valvoline Tectyl range of products for rustproofing. Look them up. Top of the pile IMHO. When doing box sections use a hot air paint gun (with care!) or very powerful hair dryer to warm the exterior of the section (sill for example) and also blow the hot air into the box section through any holes on order to move the cold damp air inside out. With a bit of care you can get most sections nice and warm. You can then inject away. This is best not done on a freezing day.
Tectyl ML is the one for box sections BTW.
