Hi all,got myself a project,Volvo 240 gl estate converted into a pickup.Only part of bodywork i have bother with is defining the curve where the arch meets the flat of the bodywork,if you know what i mean?I've had to repair a rear arch and just wondering if anyone had any tips to get the filler round this area right?Thanks!

Use a sanding block.

Brilliant,never thought of that.I've been using my wifes 10 year old crusty (approx 240 grade)knickers wrapped round one of my carpet slippers,cheers bud!

Wrap the sandpaper around a folded piece of cardboard for the final shaping/defining. Dont use the wifes old knickers, you'll introduce contaminants into the filler!

what sort of contour if you have 2 to do can you make a buck out of foam or scrap wood?
