Thanks, yes it's a first order and the order went in on 23rd March. I don't mind if it's delayed but would like some feedback on the status of it. I'll give domster a shout. Is this a first order with CYC?

Yep, checked that, payment went through fine. Received confirmation email and then nothing. CYC have a good reputation and that's why i ordered from them. I'm sure Tim will sort everything out once we can communicate.

Honestly the only problems we are are having is suppliers letting us down or Royal mail. If it weren't for that (and people posting publically
) all would be 'toasty'.Tim

Been using Tim (clean your car) for over 2 years , i only use them unless i need a product that they dont keep then another shop .
Never had a single problem and i put in alot of orders .
I am sure its all sorted now

I've ordered a couple of times before and everything was dispatched quickly.
The only problem I've had was that Parcelfarce have this 'helpful' service of dropping the parcel into a local post office. My 'local' is only open Mon-Fri, 9-12, 2-5pm!! So, as someone in a 9-5 job, I don't have a hope in hell of collecting it.
Thing is, the main PF depot is only two miles away. I wish they'd just take it back there.
All of this is obviously no reflection on CYC.
