Greetings,

Mrs jardinec made a valiant attempt at crushing a pole with the front wing or our accord. Its deformed beyond filling.

Being a cheapskate, a new wing from Honda at over £220 seemed a bit steep so I have managed to get one from a local salvage place for £75, but in the wrong colour.

Should I:

Fit and get it sprayed on the car

or

Get it sprayed (hopefully a more thorough job in the edges etc) then fit it

Keen to fit it myself.

How much should I be paying approx to spray a wing (Honda 'Graphite Pearl') and any recommendations in or around Glasgow?

Thanks for the number.

Generally speaking, is it best to:

fit a new wing then spray? or spray wing then fit?

Sometimes, it pays to spray the parts which are difficult to reach from outside first, then fit and spray. The new paint on the wing can be blended into the adjoining panel. Best to discuss with sprayer first.
