Keyed/ respray in devon

Hi guys, went to the car today and some wanger has keyed my pride and joy 
, about 3 inches long and quite deep. i think it was keyed but not 100% sure because there is also a small (about 4mm diameter) chip between the top of the front wing and the lower wing section- might of been the car next to me reversing out and clipped it but not sure. will visit the bloke and see if "he'd seen/ heard anything" 
.
The big question is does anyone know 'the best of the best' with regards to paint jobs in or around devon. i don't mind paying over the odds if i know the job is going to be a good one, only i see so many cars with shit paint repairs out on the road. additionally due to the fibre glass will this make it more difficult to respray than metal?
I will e-mail topcat directly as i know he is from my neck of the woods but anyone else with some knowledge please let me know
