Interesting Planning Application by Lotus

Not sure if this has been posted before else where, but thought people here would fined this of interest. I was hoping to find out more about the rumours they are planning to bring the track up to FIA spec but there's only a small mention of track repairs.

Interesting none the less, good to see some money being thrown into Hethel, but there alot of doom mongers lurking on here.....

When I was at Hethel in October there was a good feeling from the people I met ( warrenty / service ) about the future, new buildings and refurbs.
