Just a bit of a heads up really, there's a VSCC meeting at Cadwell this Saturday.

Might go - where's the best place to spectate?
Overlooking the "Mountain" section, as you can see the central part of the circuit. There's also a grandstand on the opposite side of the track, accessible between races via the track crossing. The Hall Bends are worth a look too. You can also drive out to spectate around the southern Club Circuit loops.V10Mike said:
I'm planning to drive up from Cambridge in the Gordon-Keeble on Saturday morning -I've got an empty passenger seat if anyone wants to join me?
(Though if it's pi**ing with rain I might take the M coupe instead!)
D'oh, I'm going from near Cambridge (well, nearer Newmarket) but I'm going up tomorrow night for a few beers with my brother who lives near Cadwell. I love Gordon Keebles, hadn't realised there was one so local!(Though if it's pi**ing with rain I might take the M coupe instead!)

Hopefully we'll ride up on a couple of old British bikes, so if you see us say hello! If I take the 1929 Velocette you may hear me first

I've never been to the VSCC meet before, but those that have say it's one of the best meetings they've been to, so fingers crossed!
(Unless it's raining then I'll be in my Panda
)What a brilliant day; I attend quite a few motorsport meetings and I can honestly say that I haven't enjoyed a meeting as much as I did this one for a long, long time!
Some of the racing may not have been the closest, but the drivers were driving the cars much harder than I'd expected (a bit too hard at times!) and the noise, smells and atmosphere was amazing.
We had a few issues getting there (two broken bikes before we got there
) but once we got going it was lovely riding there on a 1920's bike. Overtaking the modern cars on the way home was the icing on the cake
I've added some of my photo's from the day here:
