The car being used as an example of what can be done with a wrecked car used to belong to Mike Hailwood IIRC.

The difference is though that the crashed car was a running car that had been looked after up until the crash. Although it needed a new shell to be created and chassis repairs, I suspect the mechanical components were all in good usable condition.

The one for sale is an abandoned wreck that appears to have severe/substantial corrosion on every single major and minor component on it, with no glass, wheels, engine or transmission and a wrecked interior.

The seller may think the vehicle is worth £87.5K but at that price I can't help thinking they'll be the proud owner of it for some time to come!.

As for:
"After undergoing a complete Mechanical & Structural Restoration, This car will be worth in EXCESS of $250,000 to $300,000...DOLLARS and will be sure to rise to over $500,000...DOLLARS in the years to come...!!!."

It's probably going to cost the best part of $500,000 to restore it to a usable condition as there's so much corrosion damage.

Often wondered where 'Cloud Cuckoo Land' actually was - and now I know, it's in Annapolis, Maryland, USA.

This is almost a "ringing" kit it's just the chassis plate is still attached to the rusted shell.

It would make a nice scupltural installation, in the right context, and at a more sensible price.
