Panther De Ville

I'm trying to track down information on the de Ville used in 101 Dalmations. I am looking for the more 'car geeky' details and not the Disney fan stuff.

Does anyone know who converted the car or, indeed, which car was converted? Are there any good books to check?

According to wiki, the car is in WD Studio's, Paris.
