Ive seen the mga with the honda s2000 engine which looks superb

No pics, but I love the Elans with Zetec power (Spyder if I remember right) and the Frontline Spridgets with K Series engines... Mmm

No, if I remember rightly its a Honda S800 with an S2000 lump in.

I love this sort of stuff.
Back in 2003 some mates and I put a Saab 9000 turbo engine in a Matra Murena.

Sadly not yet.. It's a tricky one. I'd happily use either a Mk2 Jag or equivalent Daimler (which tend to be found cheaper) but if the car is in half decent condition i'd want to restore her with period parts. The Daimler 250 v8 sounds lovely, if a little gutless.

So sorry if I've got you interested unnecessarily but as soon as it happens I'll be sure to update with pics etc.
