I couldn't see anything on COs House website although ime guessing they ceased trading many years ago.

I have just checked with my bro who confirms that they did have the house near my folks, there was George senior and his son George junior it is quite likely that the address in Ottershaw was the sons.

Hope you are not making a warrenty claim , if so take a large dog the family had a liking for shiny caravans with net curtains and Crown Derby !!

Sounds like it's the same guy ?

On 6th November 1964 , Smailes Motors Ltd , took delivery of a Black with Red Leather 3.8 Jag MK2 , Manual / Overdrive , Wires , etc . He must have been doing pretty well back then . They had it until 4th November 65 , when it was registered to a Leonard Jack Bird of Dartford . Guess he was a Trader as well, because he moved it on , 30 th Nov 65 to a local Co I'n Bexleyheath .
