Searching for 750 CEA numberplate

We are trying to find out if 750 CEA is out there somewhere used to be on our Jensen in the 1960's but prior to our ownership it was transferred to a Mercedes manufactured 12 May 1967 2498cc and registered possibly in the Yorkshire area. This numberplate is on the DVLA inactive list, but equally the car could still be in a garage somewhere. Any information please would be gratefully received
