First thought was a P4 Rover, but I don't really think it's big enough.

Hmmm looks a bit like MG Z Type magnette /Wolseley 4/44 but not sure if the grill is on the bonnet on the wolseley

I would go even further and say it is from a Magnette Varitone. Note the holes down the side for the chrome strip between the 2 colours.

In this context there's a tenuous link to a car called a Hutson (later known as Naylor TF).
It's a replica of the 1953-55 MG TF.

The TF's chrome grille looks similar to the one on the ZA/ZB Magnette, and there's a kit-car (RMB Gentry)
that uses the Magnette grille to try and achieve a similar look.

Hudson is a defunct American car brand.
