Hi folks I have just got my first 1967 beetle (wizard I think)1600 project body in good condition but all interior missing so got my work cut out searching for parts but not in too much of a hurry as don't intend to rush things,
If I can manage to add a picture I'll see what can do !

Thanks for that, the only thing that is inside the car is the 2 front seats ? no carpets or pedals so bit of hunting around needed Steve

Good look with your project, you can see pics of my very first car that I built around a Wizard Coupe roof section which I then cut up to produce the look you see here. I still own the car which I originally built back in the late 70's. I have also attached pics of the resto cal look Beetle that I built for the other half. It was here colour choice by the way:

Hi Thanks YES it looks great I only wish mine could end up as good what engine did you put in ?
Mine started off with the 1500 but then was replaced with 1600

Mine has a 1835cc twin webber carbed half race mmotor with warious go faster bits. the engine is a clean as the rest of the car. The paint job you see on that car is now over 20 years old so is due for a repaint and rebuild this year

Hi Hope you get your rebuild done a lot quicker then what it's going to take me, Can I ask where did you get your rear indicators from ? as I'm looking to buy the teardrop stop & brake lights my self I have see some teardrop lights with a blue spot at vw heritage website expensive but nice Steve

Street Rod, doesn't yours have a Willys style bonnet on it? I remember it from way back when.
