The body style is called a rear entrance tonneau.

There were umpteen makes at that time using the "alligator" style bonnet. it wasn't till Mercedes influenced thinking that cars became more homogenised.
It isn't a Renault - they had the radiator between the engine and the scuttle. The low-down gill radiator suggests probably a de Dion, but another popular make was Gladiator, who had a similar style.
