exhaust fitting

I have just fitted a 6 branch manifold to my 3.0 csl and am having fun trying ti mate up th downpipes to the exhaust - does anyone have a recommednation for a shop used to working with stainless steel exhausts that would have the patience to have a look and sort this out?

Also does anyone know where i can buy the lead type crush washers/olives that help seal the exhausts that slide into each other?
