Blaenau Ffestiniog LNWR station.
Looking at the clouds, I'd say it was June, 1962.
The car is a 1949 Hillman Minx.
The Morris FV van behind is a ex Western Region van previously based at the old Central station until it closed in 1960. Behind it the Austin FG allocated new to the North (LMR) station.

June 19th I think, about 2.30pm - it was raining all the rest of the month Looking at the clouds, I'd say it was June, 1962.

What about the truck in front of the Morris, the one we can only see the back end. Another Morris or maybe a Bedford?
