And loved the look of their "Company car" wouldv'e looked better in a different colour perhaps but still had great lines. Was it a Granada, Consul or what?

Thanks for posting that link, great read, hopefully the guy will find the funds to get the car finished.

I initially thought this thread was about the new Sweeney with the black Focus ST. Wonder if that ST will be so sought-after in 30 years time!

The guy's owned it since 1989 after seeing it in the Thames Valley Trader for sale (as it was then)

It was stripped and on a low loader ready to start the resto in 2003. Still nowhere near being finished. It'll be a few years yet I reckon.

Shame.

the black focus st in the sweeney film is not an st its a 1.6 ecoboost with st kit pre production mock up, paul swift is using it for his stunt shows, bit of useless trivea for ya
