I am finishing off a restoration/refresh of a 1965 Mustang race car. To register it legally for the road I need a 99,999 mile (or kmh) odometer. A combined speedo/odometer dial would not work in this instance as I want to preserve the original race speedo which did not have an odometer. I have seen modern GPS digital versions but nothing that looks right for the car's era. An old rally computer (e.g. Brantz, Halda, etc) would work but they clock over at 999 miles and I need 99,999 miles. Has anyone seen a product that might work in this instance?

Thanks in advance

Can't find just an odometer, but might this help?

I had my clocks rebuilt by John Ostick, no idea if he could help but he seems to be the sort of chap that might have something in a cupboard somewhere, worth the price of an email...
