This was on yesterday (Monday) and is repeated tomorrow. It is an excellent documentary looking back at the British sports car industry during the 1950s. Interestingly it contains some brief footage of Norman Dewis and the first E-Type prototype the E1A, mention on this forum a week or so ago. Even more interesting for me was the period footage of Stirling Moss and the MG 256 mph record breaker EX181. I would thoroughly recommend this programme.

Superb track Graham. Despite doing literally hundreds of big band gigs over the years I've never come across that before. I'll being digging out my Stan Kenton records later! Cheers!
