I completely agree, this was a really interesting and well made programme.
But please take note, it's NOT a BBC production, it was made by Mark Stewart Productions (yes, Jackie Stewart's son) FOR the BBC.

So compare and contrast the Channel 5 "T*ssers Murder a Cadillac" with this ...

I thought the BBC programme was a fascinating watch both for the cars but also the best Indian history lesson ever ... if you didn't get a chance to see it lets hope it's on the I Player...

It's an old programme, it was first shown in March 2009. On iPlayer now for a week at http://www.bbc.co.uk/i/j4c2s/

Thank you, Mrs H has done something clever with the TV and it'll be recorded for me.

I thought it must have been because that delapidated "Throne Car" appeared on another more recent BBC programme about India and it was appearing in fine fettle at a Concours event. Here it is and I'll stick it in the Concours thread for good measure.

Excellent news and well spotted! Bet the staff aren't standing all over it to get the covers off now... biggrin

BTW, Do you remember what the program was called?
