You need to see this in person to realise the build quality and then your left just scratching your head trust me. It made £28k in 2007...unless the boot is now full of gold, best place to market this is China ?

If you had £225k to spare, would you buy that? I could think of LOADS of other cars I'd have rather than that, almost anything actually!

This car was for sale in a dealership on the south coast, I won't mention the dealerships name to save embarrassment. Asking price then IIRC was around 100k, it didn't sell, there's a surprise. It has to rank as the biggest white elephant in the automotive world?

...or the zero at the end (£s)...

O/T but does this hold the record for the longest steering column on a road car?

Apparently "it took eight skilled Aston Martin Lagonda craftsmen some two years to design and three years to construct".

You have to wonder WTF they were doing for those first two years! eek

It sounds like the guy who originally commissioned the car took the same approach as the people we bought our house from... spend lots of money but exercise no taste!

Reading the Ebay listing and Googling the commissioner of this monstrosity, it would appear that he either was in the film trade or a writer of Algebra text books.
Looking at it I can hear Prince Charles saying "Isn't it perfectly ghastly"
