42k - Minivan !

I regularly go through the Classic Cars listing on flea-bay and i`m well aware that the original Mini`s command high-prices but there is an original early very-low mileage (302miles)on there with an asking price of 42K!!!....and it needs `recommissioning`!
Question is.....although its very nice....is it really worth 42K????
I can think of many classics i would much rather buy for 42k than a Minivan!
.....thing is it couldn`t be used could it,because then it wouldn`t be worth that extortionate amount would it?
