So the TVR is away for a few months getting a well deserved spruce up (chassis sorted/respray etc), and I'd like to send the bumpers off somewhere for re-chroming.

So does anybody have any recommended places for this, places they've used and found a quality service?

It's not something I've ever done before, but it looks great on Wheeler Dealers etc when the stuff comes back all shiney out of the boxes. hehe

Also what sort of prices for say four corner small bumpers as I really have no idea of cost.

Cheers. smile

http://www.nmpltd.co.uk based in northampton. Very, very good. It's worth a look how the process is done. Lots of vats of chemicals and odd smells!

Cheers for those, I'll give them a go although I've got one quote so far from http://www.chromefix.co.uk/ for £200 for both pairs which seems pretty good. smile

I use Silvabronz in Alton, Hants. Every piece of chrome on an E type was about £1500 a couple of years ago. They will be at the NEC show as some other platers will probably be as well.
