Beautiful cars, we onwed one of what i believe is now three in the uk, and as such, very rare and almost impossible to get bits for, the rear screen is missing on the ebay car, we got a price for a new front screen using ours as a pattern and the price was crazy, so what would it be for a piece of curved glass with no pattern!! chances of getting a 2nd hand one......... almost zero!!

Shame the cars don;t wear the Facel badge really, they're as good as, and if they did have that badge the value would warrant the expense of restoration, we ended selling our for a pitance when my father died, i simply couldn't afford the restoration, and even had i been able to, i would have been scared to use the car, so thought it best to part with it for someone else to finish and enjoy......
This is the car we had, and its pretty much how we sold it, we got a fraction of the hammer price, the guy we sold it to must have done ok out of it for very little work, hey ho... when we advertised it, no-one wanted it.........

You could easily spend what the car went for on the interior alone, the piping on the seats is actually cane, so it gives shape, doesn't just disguise a join in the leather . . The facels that are very similar in construction are costing in excess of 50k to restore!
